Our plant data is stuck in the SCADA. Can you use it?
Usually, yes. We read from the historian or the controller rather than replacing it, and we build the analysis layer on top of what is already recording.
Does this need connectivity at the site?
Less than people expect. The hardware we build buffers locally and syncs when it can, so a site with intermittent LTE still reports a complete picture.
How accurate is predictive maintenance really?
Honest answer: it depends on how much failure history you have. We start by telling you what your data can and cannot support, before anyone builds a model on it.
Can you work alongside our EPC and O&M contractors?
That is the normal arrangement. We build the software and instrumentation layer; your contractors keep doing the physical work, with better information.
